In order to provide a clear direction of the research process, the following research questions have been identified for this study:

1. Will the participation of the final end users in the commissioning and start-up process of the plant have a positive impact on the delivery of successful project outcomes in the long term? Contribute to the customer benefits from the project and to its overall success.

2. What are the precise effects of the engagement of an escort team representing the final end users during the execution of the project from the initial phase till the end? Contributes to the efficiency of the project and to the customer benefits from its outcomes

3. Is the PMT support in handing over the project to its final end users associated with positive effects on the entire start-up process? Positively contributes to the customer benefits from the project.

4. How does the initial preparation on the behalf of end users affect the start-up process in its different stages? Positively contributing to the overall success of the project and the customer benefits from its outcomes.
