Consider the very different lives and legacies of the pharaohs Hatshepsut, Akhenaten, and Tutankhamen. As a student of ancient Egyptian history, which of them do you feel gives you the most insight into and understanding of this ancient and long-lived civilization and why?
Review the photographs of human images in Ch. 3. At times the figures are quite natural, but often they are quite rigid and stiff. And the painted scrolls do not even seem at all natural, but are "walking like an Egyptian." Select a single image and describe what the artist wanted the viewer of that time to "see." Also describe why you think your choice is portrayed in a natural/realistic way or is somehow unnatural and stiff.
