I want help in Recreate, translate & simplify two static sites

I must someone who can rebuild two sites

The new sites must be made in classic html & css, except for JavaScript we cannot use php, asp or another scripting language.

The new language will be Dutch (NL). Texts as well as images will be provided.

The new sites must be simplified versions of the current sites, however the structure and look & feel should be kept the same. Quite a lot of stuff will be left out.

What will be left out. These screenshots were made from 1 of the 2 sites however the same remarks go for the other site.
