I need help in ios app for existing website

Need to build an iphone app for an existing website-

existing website is for sharing personal status updates. core features include-
1) simple user registration
2) creation of a new user profile
3) user profile photo upload
4) creation of a personal status update
5) add a photo
6) sharing of personal status updates with email contacts
7) Creation and management of contacts
8) Customization of a profile
sending of email as well as native iphone push notifications.

An API will be necessary as a result that the iphone app could talk directly to the server side.

My existing website is built on ColdFusion, MySQL. Knowledge of ColdFusion is desirable but not essential. A fixed price bid will be required.

Desired Skills are MySQL Administration, iPhone, ColdFusion
