I need help in FireFox Extension to display a popup and an iFrame with it

We need your aid to make a Mozilla FireFox extension or add-on with the following features-

- It should installed on FireFox without having to restart the browser.
- When it is installed it should create a little icon on the top-right corner of the browser like in the attached picture here.
- The popup should load an external link through an IFrame.
- It should have "About Dialog" too

The developer must turn it the final file in .xpi format
Very simple and easy to do for someone who knows how to make extensions for FireFox.
