I have to write an essay about "Academic writing in the U.S" as second language speaker. i need an introduction, body part, and a conclusion. Please check my essay and make some correction, add or subtract some paragraph. make the essay look more elegant and more impressive , and please give me a good conclusion for the essay.
Here my essay:

My name is ....., I’m originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo, and I’ve been living in the USA for the past 4 years now. Since childhood, French was the only language I have known beside the city dialect language which is very common in a lot of African countries due to the colonization. However after finishing my High School Diploma , my parents decided to send me to the USA, so I could pursue my education in the most powerful country in the world. My first day in the USA was horrible; I did not know anything about the language, and my listening and speaking was terrible. It was extremely difficult for me to interact with people, especially when I was unable to understand a single word in English. A month later, I went to register myself for school ,and after taking my ESL writing test, I found out that my English writing was extremely bad and in order for me to take other major courses, I needed to improve my writing skills, especially my grammar and vocabulary. Although French and English are very similar in their writing styles, I found that I still have to learn more about English structure in order to become as good as a native writer.

Writing is a great outlet for me, but writing in a second language make me feel fustrated.

Whenever i am writing in english, i feel like being a child again ,everything i say seems different from what i really mean , i can't express myself freely , just a child who is learning how to speak for the first time.So often i have to think and look at the dictionary for the right word to say, this make me feel less intelligent.

Depsite that , writing in english helps me to improve my vocabulary and grammar at the same time learning new words. when it comes to write an essay in english, it seems like putting together a puzzle , it is very challenging because everytime i have to think for the right words.

Even tho i hate writing in english, i am sometimes excited and curious to see my progression and it often give me courage to keep pursuing my american dream.

English and French have the same type of essay composition: introduction, body part, conclusion. However there are some different on how the idea is develop on the essay . The english style is very articulate, you can easily identify the subject of what the writer is trying to tell you on the introduction of the essay. Contrary to english, in french the introduction part has nothing to do with the subject. the body part is where the reader will find what the subject is all about.

Writing is the most difficult thing for me , because of my limited level of vocabulary and grammar. However in order for me to finish school and pursuing my american dream, i will have to learn how to write just as good as a native writer.
