I have a large government contract to give the services listed above with very tight management and information turnaround times. Youth are in programs where certain documents and milestones rest one met within 24 hours of the service with service providers working all over the city. The current data management tool we are using is not effecting in collecting documents, tracking timelines, tracking communication with clients, alerting staff of deadlines, document storage, and maximizing services. I need system that will communicate schedules, confirm/ alert staff of deadlines, track client info/ communications, and develop outcome based goals and progress towards client goals. A combination of google apps seems to be a perfect solution with all the workflow management rules and alerts to complement it. This system must be friendly to admin and also service providers.
