Help in Ruby on Rails Developer: Simple Framework for Landing Pages

We want an experienced Ruby on Rails programmer to create a simple framework for editing landing pages based on templates.

Requirements-

1. The framework must support creation of different websites. Both website can be linked to a separate domain as well as can have a number of landing pages

2. The content as well as the design of a landing page are separated. A landing page is created by (1) specifying a desired template (2) by providing content for the different sections and elements of the landing page.

Landing page consists of sections. Sections consist of elements.

Example sections and elements: headerSection (logo, menu items), headlineSection(Headline, Subhead, HeroShot), majorBenefitsSection(Benefit.new(icon, description), rows=2, columns=3), Testimonial section, call to action
