Google+ Button Not Functioning Properly

I'm seeking someone to fix my Google+ button on this site:

While a user clicks on the Google+1 button at the top of the page, the +1 isn't adding on the first attempt. The user should click on the +1 again for the +1 to be correctly added.

I want someone to fix the code so that the +1 is added on the first attempt.

This must be a very easy fix.
