a. The target audiences for their communication program

b. The objectives of their communication program

c. The different types of traditional and nontraditional communication methods they use

d. Their use of social media

e. How they evaluate the effectiveness of their communication program(s) Based on your discussions, develop a report that (1) provides a critique of the university's communication program and (2) makes recommendations for improvement.
