Each group or student will choose an organization that he or she has close access too; and complete analysis of the company. This can be a non-profit or for-profit entity. Depending on the size of the organization, you may want to analyze the entire company or a specific department. Work with your instructor for approval and clarification. You need to be able to access several years of data, strategies, etc. in the following areas:

· History of the organization
· Organizational structure
· Leadership in the Organizational Setting
· Brief financial overview
· Key products and/or services provided and market share information
· Consumer and employee perception of the organization and its' product and services
· Comprehensive SWOT
· General management philosophies, corporate values and beliefs, mission/vision statement, etc.

Your paper will be an analysis of the company you have chosen, including at least seven (7) recommendations to improve the company's economic and/or social performance and your justification for the recommendation.

Your analysis and recommendations for the organization should be in the range of an 8 - 12 page paper (typed double space). Your title page and reference page are not part of the 8-12 pages required. The format required is APA.

You will need a minimum of five sources:

· Textbook can be used
· One - two personal interviews will be accepted
· One legitimate educational website
· Three to four scholarly journals
