Distribution strategy and project management

It is about the Newspaper (family run business), that needs a new paper distribution strategy. Business plan development and a brief marketing plan introducing this new distribution strategy/selling strategy. And would like to invest 10,000 dollars in a new way of advertising their paper via fuel station pumps. via this paper distribution strategy.

Currently the paper is distributed and sold via venders on the street or at specific locations. Petrol at the fuel stations are sold via a fuel station attendee that pumps the petrol for the customer and receives money for the fuel station at the pump. The newspaper wants to take advantage of this system and their close relationship with the fuel stations to place the paper by the fuel pump and use the fuel station attendants to sell the paper.

The stakeholders would like to incrementally expand into a new advertising/distribution channel with the fuel stations.

It is more practical than academic and subsequently it needs to be clear, concise and to the point. it must contain an uncertainty and risk analysis. Discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis of the 10,000 dollars in order to value the project using the concept of the time value of money.
