Classmate 1:

Net Neutrality means keeping the internet open for all with out keeping any barriers to access the information and everyone should be treated equally without slowing down or blocking the content or websites you want to use. The FCC has proposed to the open internet in year 2010 which has been a complicated and more controversial it has focused on mainly four points No transparency should be maintained and it no speed barrier should be there to use it and blocking the content and efficient network from service provider.

From the user point of view internet should be kept open for one and all, the top internet service providers in united states like AT&T, Verizon, Comcast they used to charge customers according to data usage and the speed we get.

As this is so unfair and for the people who has a low income using these services will be affected. These kinds of rules will also affect the developing countries so that why the internet should be open. The ISP should make blocking over illegal content and charge based on user consumption so that it won't be any misuse of open internet.

Based on my point of view it will effect on IT efficiency. As in today market trends data speed will play crucial role. If it is having according to speed-based charges it will be more cost operation to run IT organizations because they used to a lots data with in and out of an organization.

If the speed is less completion of the project deadlines will be late the present market will run based on data network and data communications and which it was related to IT efficiency and net neutrality will effect on size of the organization. Finally, if net neutrality is possible it will neutralize the effects of IT efficiency or it will make more loss if it is used misused

Classmate 2: Net Neutrality

Internet neutrality continues ISPs from backing off institutions for people endeavouring to get to specific locales, applications, and administrations, and blocking off the legitimate substance.

Without the concepts, they'll in no way once more need to deal with all internets motion similarly, and could have the ability to organize positive websites and administrations over others.

Massive numbers of the world's finest net agencies organized a day of challenges no longer lengthy in the past, to feature what may want to take place if net neutrality was finished.

Reddit, for example, adjusted its brand to steer it to seem as although it becomes stacking significantly gradually, whilst any semblance of Netflix and Amazon brought requirements to its landing web page

Net neutrality effect business:

It is an issue that affects everyone deeply. It is native from the principle of common freight as it involves to the telephone industry. It can be simply stated as data interchange over the internet must be equal to all users must be provided by internet service providers without regard to its content and provider over the internet and fees must be equal to all users who access the content.

The concept is around many years but came into existence in the year 2008. Users of Bit Torrent protocols have faced problems in limit the flow of traffic by Comcast, so Comcast has been claimed of shaping intentionally limit the traffic. Bit Torrent is popular for file sharing service. The debate is ongoing, and the result has not come yet it has two parts person who provides the content and the person who use it, Comcast complaint is mixed so it didn't get any conclusion on the complaint.

Net neutrality Example

If Internet providers blocked severely limited video streaming in 2000 then we might not have Online Video Streaming Websites Like Netflix and YouTube Today. Other Advocates Highlighted this importance of Net Neutrality. But large telecommunication companies dominated the broadband market and they put enormous energy and their hands to limit the online speech to those who pay more.
