Assessment

I will evaluate this assignment based on the thoroughness in which you have addressed the topics we covered in the course -- in other words, what evidence is there of how much you learned and how well you applied what you learned. Your plan will also be evaluated based on the creativity in devising a strategy for change that it shows.

I will be looking for evidence that you were able to :

• Develop strategies to overcome obstacles and take advantage of the opportunities to further the success of your proposed analytics program

• Select and support your choice of the most appropriate ways of changing the behavior of an organization, so that both the analytics program and its results are adopted

• Prepare a plan (strategy, tactics, and structure) to introduce analytics into an organization

• Recognize and support the conditions to sustain organizational change

• Articulate the role of analytics not only as a tool for better decisions, but also as part of a larger effort to create a learning organization

The evaluation criteria will include:

• Completeness - Are the questions to be covered fully addressed?

• Correlation to Course Concepts - Does it integrate and relate concepts from the course and readings?

• Continuity - Is there a strong and logical relationship within the paper?

• Clarity of Presentation - Is the writing clear and provide a professional presentation of its ideas?
