Custom Ffmpeg library

Project Description:

We want a custom library for ffmpeg to be able output to Blackmagic Decklink cards or any Directshow capable output devices. Ffmpeg accepts Directshow input devices with dshow option; this is also probable in Linux with BMDTools so this library will even use their library as reference.

Options: Must accept all industry standard formats, PAL, NTSC, SD, HD formats.
