Feasibility must be measured throughout life cycle of project. Scope and complexity of apparently feasible project can change after initial problems and opportunities are fully analyzed or after system has been designed. Project which is feasible at one point in time may become infeasible at later point in time.
Goals can be measured by asking problems which are given below pertaining to operational feasibility of primary goals like;

- Performance. Does integrated system give sufficient throughput and response time?

- Information. Does system give end-users and managers with timely, pertinent, correct, and usefully formatted information?

- Economy. Does system offer sufficient service level and capacity to decrease costs of business or increase profits of business?

- Control. Does system offer sufficient controls to protect against fraud and embezzlement and to guarantee accuracy and security of data and information?
