You can look at the detail level, number of items (attributes, characteristics) that are compared, and also you must consider if the web site is only INFORMING, COMPARING, GUIDING or CONSULTING for decision making. (If they are providing you the best option for your selected needs or preferences)
Create a table for tis question.

1.c Type of consultation that the web site provides -do they offer you the best options by structured data usage or expert opinion or both

1.d Try to criticize the Decision Support System in the web site and recommend improvements.

2. After you analyze both of the two web sites that you select;

2.a Compare these two in a table in terms of the characteristics that you analyze in the 1. section (Like the web site name in the column and the characteristics in rows)

2.b. Decide which web site is better in terms of supporting the decision making process of the customer

C) Using Customer Decision Support Systems for your Smartphone Purchasing Decision

1. Use the e-shopping sites (which you analyzed in section B) for your smartphone purchasing decision And based on the recommendations of these web sites, identify the best smartphone for you.

2. Compare this result with your finding in section A
