The staff has been organized in groups and others are working individually, through the PMO direction. to quickly develop feasibility studies so management can pull together a phased approach to the conversion of one of the major subsidiaries in this global organization. Your specific task is to take one or more of the major an-as and develop three specific topical ideas you would like to develop. A decision will be made between you and the Phi() Project Manager as to which of the three you develop into an action research oriented feasibility study that will be presented to management. The following example may aid you in decision-making: You examine the list and choose client services and specifically workstations. You determine the following issue:
I. The following study will compare features between the existing Windows 2000 and Vista operating systems.
2. The following study will examine the client budgeting system impacts of moving from Excel in Office 2000 to Excel in Office 2007.
3. The following study will develop an implementation. testing. and conversion plan to move the workstation operating system from Windows 2000 to Windows Vista.
