Case Study.

I have two case study. I need small paragraph for each case, the important to cover the questions. please write it by own word.

Case 1:

1- What should Ms. Clarke have done after receiving the first report from Professor Thelez that Steven's behavior was a bit odd?

2- Should Steven have been sent back after the second call to the university? Or after the teleconference about his disturbing behavior?

3- As Mr. Kosovo, how would you present the university's case in defense against the accusation of negligence?

Case 2:

You now must respond to the students and the president. Responding to the president, you need to form a committee. Who will you include in this committee? What will the committee recommend to the president? How do you respond to the students? What do you write to them, on behalf of the president?
