Using the learned processes, terms and language of the Project management for media course, explore and present a well-known project (completed or in progress). To be completed in the week 13 commencing 25' May. An (individual) 800 to 1000 word illustrated article.
In this presentation and article you need to consider the following:

1. The project's vision, objectives and goals.

2.  The key roles in the project, the sponsors, leaders, team and stakeholders.

3. The resources required for the project (costs, human resources and physical resources)

4. The stages and activities, milestones, feasibility and priorities of the project (You may use a GANTT type chart)

5. The Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) to the project

6. The way the project has changed, adapted and managed according to internal and external pressures.
