Build Process serving software

Project Description:

I am looking to hire somebody to design software to manage jobs being received by my office.

The files are legal documents that are issued to dissimilar agents to be served (Delivered) to defendants.

I need the software to be available on desktop PC's as well as Ipad/Iphone.

My office would input information from the new job into the software and then send (Email) instructions to an agent to do the job.

Once completed, I want the agent to be able to log on to his ios device (Or desktop) and complete details.

An alert would then be sent to my office to advise that the job had been finished.

At this early stage of the application process, I would like to hear from contractors who have prepared a similar form of software.

Skills required are iPad, Software Development, iPhone
