Once you have selected an invasive species, you will prepare an article describing the invasive species and the problems that it has caused. This article should be written as if it was going to be published in a local paper. Your article must be prepared in a Microsoft Word document, double-spaced, and in 12-point font (Times New Roman or Arial). Be sure to use proper spelling and grammar.
The article must include the following:
• Definition of invasive species
• Description of the invasive species you selected
• Description of the area in which the invasive species is found
• Description of the area from which the invasive species was originally found (Where did it come from?)
• Description of the problems it has caused
• Two suggestions on how to solve the problems
