Attached is a software RFP which has key areas and sections for thoughts on key sections. and a successful software project management article for thoughts on adding points.

When we talk I think we are close it is taking the items on page 3 as per above and on and making it in paragraph form lead in with key bullet points the article subsection title, then the lead paragraph, then the bullet points.

Also, attached are two web links to huge software fails for the finish... the aspects of the fails which should have been followed perhaps in the key areas of the article.such as bad follow up
