Research, Identify, Review and Select 3 web sites that cover Customer Relationship Management (CRM). These can be sites from CRM providers that detail business success stories , sites from companies that discuss their use of CRM, or sites that compare and contrast different CRM systems.

CRM is giving organizations competitive advantage by understanding what your customer-base wants, needs, and expects. Your investigation into the web sites should reveal what CRM system companies use and how it helps in supporting and building the customer-base. Your analysis should incorporate any ethical and social ramifications, especially when using customer information.
