o What Answers are Potentially Hidden in the BOI's Data?
List at least three questions that might be answered by the BOI's data. Provide a course of action based on the potential answers the data provides.

You will be asked to narrow down one change you want to see made in your BOI. At that time, you will need to explore all aspects of feasibility. For now, consider each aspect of feasibility in your BOI and rate each one as to its ease or difficulty in terms of implementing a change to the BOI.

What is the single greatest feasibility challenge the proposed custom software development project is likely to face? Justify your answer.
o IS Components (Revisited)
Expanding on the work started in previous weeks, add any new IS components you identified this week. If any changes or additions need explanation, add that explanation by way of a footnote.
o Management Challenges
What management challenges does the BOI face with the current IS? Consider each component of the IS. Identify at least three areas where management must occur.
o Custom Software Development
There is no greater management challenge than taking on a custom software development project. On the flip side, the efficiencies that can be achieved by having software that mirrors and supports well-established business processes very often make the challenges worthwhile. Propose a custom software development project for your BOI. Explain what this new software is meant to do and how it will fit into the IS.
o Managing IS in a Global Context
Are there any aspects of the BOI's presence that crosses national borders? If so, address the benefits, risks, and challenges associated with such a global context. If it doesn't, address a change that could cause the BOI's presence to cross national borders. If the change were implemented, what benefits, risks and challenges might be anticipated?
