For this assignment you will write a paper after watching the video below and choosing one of the featured topics to focus on. Turn in the same number of pages as assignment #1 (with more than 1000 words, not including references) plus 4 or more, new references (that you find).

After watching the episode below choose the topic that you are most interested in. With the topic you choose write how this particular invention can be used and all the good that it might provide. This paper is only intended to present the positive (current and future) use of this technology.

Assignment #3

For this assignment (as with the last paper) you will craft a 4-5 page paper (more than 1000 words, not including references) explaining this topic, with 4 or more new references (that you find). This will be the normal paper description unless you are directed to provide a longer or shorter paper for a particular assignment.

The topic is The Global Digital Divide.

Your paper will have the following:

1. Description and Definition (20%),
2. Current solutions (30%), and
3. Pick a current proposal that you think will be a legitimate effort toward successfully eliminating the Global Digital Divide (50%).

Sections one and two are verifiable and in the references you have found. The third portion is what you think is a "good" proposal to remedy the Global Digital Divide. Offer as much insight and proof as you can support from your resources.

Your assignment topic is to describe and explain and then relate some of your thoughts (relating to pros and cons, that is, positives and negatives) of the following:

Tor, Prism and the surveillance of private citizens.

Describe
Explain Pros and Cons

Last Part, Make a definite choice:

Either Argue that Surveillance and Monitoring is GOOD or that Government collection for security is a violation ot Individual Privacy. Choose only one.
