Dr. Jonathan Reichental served as the chief information officer (CIO) for O'Reilly Media, publishers of computer technology-related books and websites and sponsors of technology conferences. In late 2010, Dr. Reichental led an effort to develop a three-year IT strategy to provide a framework for the company's push into the future.

Discuss the IT strategy that O'Reilly Media chose to implement and whether you believe that it successfully addresses the goals of IT governance and business alignment. Has O'Reilly Media considered all of the stakeholders in this scenario? What changes or additions might you have made if you were in Dr. Reichental's position?
