• Describe the tools and skills associated with leading teams, and analyze how these tools and skills influence the success of the project and the project manager.

• Describe the key success factors for building high-performance teams.

• Provide a real-life example of someone you have worked with who built and led a team. To protect the privacy of individuals and organizations, use pseudonyms in place of real names. Discuss how this individual's tools and skills influenced the success of the project and the team. Identify this individual's key success factors for building high-performance teams.
