Assessment

Note: The assessments in this course build upon each other, so you are strongly encouraged to complete them in sequence.

For this assessment, describe a project you have been a part of, which underwent some sort of change that affected the project scope. (Alternatively, you can describe a hypothetical situation in which this might occur.) Using your chosen project, create a change management process plan that addresses how you would communicate, authorize, and track the changes through the duration of the project to its completion. Assess how each element of your change management plan addresses the change in project scope.
