Activity: You need to write a memo (2 to 3 pages, 1.5-line space) using the template found on the last page of this assignment in order to explain the role of the main hardware and software components of the computer systems you have purchased( Dell computer will attached the summery for it). The memo should be written to the attention of your boss, Mr. Teddy Belgo, who has a very limited knowledge about computer systems. You should use the modified IPO model seen in class to describe the computer system in your memo.

The memo must include the following IN THIS ORDER:

1. a short introduction (few paragraphs) telling Mr. Belgo what is in the memo. You must use sentences (no bullets).

2. The role of each of the subsystems found in the modified IPO model. For each subsystem of the computer system you have chosen, your explanation must include a relatively detailed explanation of the hardware elements found in it. Your explanation must include the role of each major component. Your explanation should address the subsystems one after another.

3. a discussion of the role of the Application software you have purchased with the computer system.

4. a discussion of the role of the system software you have purchased.

5. A description of the solid state drive you have chosen including how it compares to hard disks. You must also explain why the drive you have chosen is compatible with the computer system.

6. Attach a copy of the printouts from Activity 1 and Activity 2 to your memo.
