1. I had an opportunity to observe two adults in a local food store last weekend. The two people were females. I could see two of them standing close to one another but not facing each other.

The two females, were leaning towards each other as if they are talking something that they don't want others (standing nearby) to hear. One of them (X) is around 30 years and (Y) around 40 years of age. I walked straight to the next line where they were and pretended to pick some grocery, I observed closely to know the reason as to why they were leaning to each other and what they were up to.

After a few seconds I saw one X walking straight toward the counter, and Y following her. Few minutes later I heard a loud voice from one of them, hands up, you are under arrest, they said these words to a man who paying at the cashier desk. I turned fast and walked nearby only to realize that all this time the two females were FBI (Federal Bureau Investigation) and were closely watching the man who was alleged to be a suspect of Robbery in one of the bank in US.

2. Donald Trump: Position based power, being the president of US gives immense power, the control over things and authority to control a lot of happenings and world dealings. All countries have their premiers enjoy this power of position and so does United States of America.

US being the most powerful in the world, Donald Trump being the US president is the most powerful man globally, though many people would have wished to vote for other desired candidates but Donald emerged the winner.US is ruled by a constitution that insists on separation of power, so though Trump has immense power of Law enforcement he cannot make implement laws without following the constitution.

Trump is well known for oppressing the black, quite a number of people refers to him as a dictator, racist and arrogant, many could have preferred the female candidate Clinton, who is described as polite and loyal to people. According to trump tweets, he once threated to fire the players of NFL for not taking pride to raise the Flag of the United States of America during their match. Quoted "If you are not going to raise the flag then you are fired, find something else to do."

3. Hypothetical situations are scientific experiments towards the development of the Xyz University. Initiative to introduce dress code is an experiment to try or implement the dress code with the majority votes democratically. That is how we usually discuss the recommended agenda in order to arrive at an agreeable conclusion.A well-made and built experiment will be vigorous under inquisitive, and will emphasisdisapproval on conclusions, instead oflatenttrialmistakes.

A comprehensive experimental plan should follow the provensystematicetiquettes and produce good statistical facts. For instance, experiments on University code of dressing, a well-dressed individuals are more likely to be listened to and taken seriously than those who don't pay attention to their crumpled dress code and don't care of their image as long as they arrive to work on time and carry their duty with care. To them dress code doesn't describe ones morals and behaviors.

All individuals should be educated on how dress code not only for one image but for the overall university image and reputation. I think having a dress code that is similar would benefit the whole institution. I will vote for a change of dress code and encourage one more individual on the important of proper dress code.

4. I remember my first job as a cashier in a local café and the Boss was a Woman. Whenever she was around every staff would work and try to please her, she used to reward good performance. I think Women-friendly workplaces captivate numerous benefits. The flea in ear shows has a jump on performance outcomes, including preferably thoughtful decisions and greater abnormality everything being equal of departure from the norm of ideas, preferably talent in the organization because of meritocracy.

There are number of advantages of woman friendly manager. These kinds of managers help in improving the performance, making effective and informed decisions and the equal rights and opportunities are provided to all the members. I also had an experience working for a company whose manager was a guy. He used to report to work late and had affairs with the female workers and these affected the employee performance since these workers would abscond duties and they would not be punished, placing the burden on their fellow collogues. This behavior affected the morale of the other workers and as a result poor performance was the order of the day.
