1- Develop a 5- year strategic plan based on the pressing issues in Khoula Hospital in Muscat Sultanate of Oman.

This is after performing SWOT and PESTEL.

2- Out of the identified issues, choose the top two (2) issues(Expansion of medical wards and Implement modern equipment's in the organizational structure )that needs to be addressed stratecally.

3- Required to use 2500 to 3000 words which excludes tables, references, appendices, charts and title page.

4- The above parts should be supported by literature not later than 2013.

5- It is suggested as well that recommendation should be creative and innovative; consider the legal and ethical underpinnings of the strategies; must be research based.
