Your supervisor has just come to you with a problem.

You are the team leader of a project team of 5 employees. You work on a note-taking computer software program for a major technology company in the Pacific Northwest.

Your project team comes together for meetings every month to share ideas for how to improve your customers' experience, but only one of your team members (John) seems to want to talk. One team member (Martina) just agrees with whatever John says, and the other three (Peter, Alex, Kristen) just stay silent.
