Your office is moving to the new location. Your colleague, David Burke, is not strong writer, and he knows that you have currently taken professional writing seminar. He approached you this morning and asked, "Can you read this draft? I know it is a mess, but I am swamped with upcoming move. I want to e-mail it to everyone tomorrow. Can you let me know exactly what is wrong with it and perhaps rewrite it for me? Thanks - I owe you one Here David's Draft:
Subject: Get Ready!
We are expaecting to be back at work soon, with everything implementing smoothly, same production schedule and no late projects or missed deadlines. So you require to clean out desk, put stuff in boxes, and clean off walls. You can put items you had up on walls in boxes, also.
We have provided boxes. Move will occur this weekend. We will be in new offices when you arrive on Monday.
We will not be liable for personal belongings during move.
