Your job is in charge of expanding your business to another country outside of the United States.
Your submission will address the following:
- What things must you consider when determining the best country to expand to
- What country did you determine as the best "next" market & why
- What type of research must be done to learn about the new market's culture
- Pick two members of the team that will move to the new market to oversee the roll-out & share the reasoning behind their selection
- Using the resources that you have from this course - most especially ones that focused on virtual teams - discuss what will be the things that your team must focus on as they become global and have to depend more than ever on virtual teamwork
