An informed opinion and conclusion is the purpose of this paper. You will analyze at least one theory of consequence and one theory of duties and rights. The strengths and weaknesses of each theory should be adequately addressed. Finally, you should present a conclusion on whether the ends justify the means, and support the conclusion with evidence, personal/professional experience, facts and/or analysis.
