1. Ask the user to input a number (integer).

2. Ask the user to input a second number larger than the first.

3. Using a "for" loop, calculate the sum of the integers between the lower number and upper number.

4. Calculate the average of the numbers between the lower and upper numbers.

5. Print out the sum and the average on separate line with an explanation of what they are.
