What employee assistance programs are available to each organization to help combat some of these issues?

What are the statistics within each type of organization?

What accounts for these statistics and why?

Impact of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (F.L.S.A.) on both types of organizations.

Improvements each organization could make to make a better work environment for all involved, from management down through first-line employees.

The Final Paper must be eight to ten pages in length (exclusive of title and reference pages). You must use at least five scholarly resources, to support your claims and sub claims.
