You were recently hired at a top corporate company in Houston, Texas as a new Vice President of Operations.

Your first day on the job is today and you arrived late last night. Your office is on the main floor next to the Sales Manager, Restaurant Manager and multiple Supervisors.

Office supplies are being ordered in abundance and there is not inventory system.

In addition, he is concerned that funds are being misappropriated and he wants to start an investigation of sorts to manage the money issues.

The company is planning to open 5 new locations and he needs you to organize the launches, plan the timelines and determine the stages of the development.

He is requesting that you provide him with a report in 48 hours that will outline your approach to resolving some of the company’s pressing issues.
