You have been hired as an HR staffing consultant by the administration of Sincere College. They need your assistance in locating, recruiting, and hiring an outstanding young scholar to join the faculty of the Davis School of Business. As their HR staffing consultant, you are to develop a recruiting plan that will generated a diverse and talented applicant pool as well as a strategy to fill the position with the best applicant. You have a budget of $10,000 to spend on the process. See attached Job Description for further details on the position.

You are to prepare a comprehensive research paper that presents your recommendations to Sincere College's board of directors. You may presume Sincere College has a strong reputation and that you need to define a competitive salary level as well as a compensation and benefits package to attract candidates that align with Sincere College's reputation.

You are to support your ideas, arguments, and opinions with independent research, include at least five (5) supporting references or sources (NOT Wikipedia, unknown, or anonymous sources), and format your work in accordance with 6th edition APA formatting which includes:

• A title page
• Abstract with Keywords
• A minimum of 4 FULL pages of written content, Times New Roman, 12 font, 1" margins, left justified (not including your Title Page, Abstract, and Reference page), and
• A Reference page

GENERAL DUTIES:

CAMPUS SPECIFIC INFORMATION: Sincere College is located in the beautiful foothills of the Blessed Valley Mountains, CT, approximately 75 miles northeast of New York City. Accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, Sincere College is a comprehensive institution of higher education dedicated to the promotion of teaching and learning within strong liberal arts based curriculum, thus earning the designation "Connecticut's Public Liberal Arts College." Its curricular emphasis includes the liberal arts and sciences, social sciences, fine and performing arts, and the professional programs within a residential and sustainable living and learning environment. Organized into thematic learning communities, Sincere College provides academic excellence through its interdisciplinary curriculum, international education, intercultural understanding and experiential learning opportunities.

DESCRIPTION: Teach primarily in the area of Business Ethics. Candidate may also teach a combination of required and elective courses such as Perspectives of Business and Society.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Have earned a Doctoral Degree in a business discipline or closely related area.*

*Those finishing their dissertation with an imminent completion date will be considered. *

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: The candidate must have at least one year of teaching experience at the college level, as well as teaching and research interests in Business Ethics. Faculty members are expected to maintain active participation in research, scholarship, college governance, service, academic advisement and professional development activities.

RECOMMENDED: Professional experience in the private sector with a for-profit organization is recommended but not required.
