You have been hired as a consultant for Robin Hood to help him focus his band of merrymen in their crusade to free Sherwood Forrest from the injustices of the high sheriff of Nottingham and his administrators. Robin and his group would like to see Prince John removed from the throne of England so that his brother, King Richard the Lionhearted, could be released from prison and return to power.

Robins is pleased that his group is growing rapidly as new recruits are coming from throughout England.  However, he knows that without some discipline and structure, his organization could deteriorate into chaos.  Thus, Robins is asking you for your assistance in writing a Vision and Mission statements.  In addition, he has commissioned you to identify strategic values for the group, as well as some goals to give them direction.  He also needs a plan to help communicate these important items to his group and integrate them into their culture.
