B. As manager, you take work group on a retreat. The intent is to develop a set of principles that will serve as a guide for all team members. You begin by sharing personal values then enable the group in a discussion of their values. How does one encourage others in a discussion of their values? How does one build a consensus on shared values? How will you align leadership actions with the values shared by the group?

C.
