• Critically evaluate and analyze the Key functions of the Human Resource Management, workforce management, people management as well as intellectual capital management
• Critically analyze and evaluate the systems and tools that are employed in the many interpretations of management of the labor force and the conventions which might be used in these several contexts e.g. those employed in the UK Human Resource management, or n the workforce management in other cultures.
