B: In the Flexible High Performance organization

iii) Consider the role of the HR Department:  Facilitator or Organizer

iv) Consider the expectation:  HR as an Outsourced facility 

• Summary or Conclusion (900 words)

This must be based on your objectives reviewed from the ‘completed’ viewpoint.

The above requirements are indicated as the needed areas of focus for you to articulate your individual responses.

Specifically this activity is to provide the student to express the following:

• Develop a workforce management, people management, human resource management, intellectual capital management design and plan a valid recruitment and selection system for proper cultural contexts and labor market situations.

• Critically evaluate and analyze the Key functions of the Human Resource Management, workforce management, people management as well as intellectual capital management

• Critically analyze and evaluate the systems and tools that are employed in the many interpretations of management of the labor force and the conventions which might be used in these several contexts e.g. those employed in the UK Human Resource management, or n the workforce management in other cultures.
