You have been asked to deliver a formal presentation to the Board of Directors that will summarize how you recommend the Annual Convention be planned and delivered. The Board of Directors has requested you compile a PowerPoint presentation of 10-15 slides which contains the following:

• An Introductory Slide that contains an overview of the project
• A slide that displays the location for the convention and a brief description of why this location was chosen.
• A slide(s) that display the hotel or hotels that were selected for the convention along with a brief description of why they were selected.
• A slide(s) that displaya the caterers that were selected for the convention and the reasons they were selected.
• A slide that displays the backup plan if one or more of the selected speakers are unavailable.
• A slide(s) that displays how transport will be arranged for attendees coming from the airport to the convention.
• A slide(s) that display some sample communication - such as web advertisements or fliers - that will promote the event.
• A slide(s) that highlight some of the areas where the project is at risk of failure and a brief description of the contingency plan that has been put into place

For this assignment, write a paper that is a minimum of 2 pages long that is organized around the main topic of the impact of the increased numbers of attendees and what you have done to update the project to accommodate the increased numbers of conventioneers. This paper will be presented to the Board of Directors so tailor the message accordingly.
