You are the supply chain manager of COSMO WINTER OUTFIT (CWO) in charge of the technical fabric purchasing for a large French, winter outfit and gear company based in Annecy , Savoie.

You are currently buying 70% of the fabric you need from a Taiwanese company, located in Tainan in Taiwan, Blue Kai ltd.

Since the former engineering manager went on retirement, (2 months ago) there has been several quality issues with Blue Kai deliveries in France. Either the shipments were late or they were more defects than expected.

This situation cannot last for long and you're planning for a trip inTainan to conduct an audit, find out and resolve any issues to get back on track.
