You are the Service Manager and you have been invited to represent IT at the upcoming corporate strategy and planning meeting.

On this month's agenda is the evaluation of two potential lines of business:

1. Gaming (singles, multi-player) Similar to current Internet gaming but games are played on the mobile device

2. Dating service called MobileMatchMates (M3) What issues/concerns should you be prepared to present in light of the two new lines of business?

Consider: What are the implications for offering new services What is the implication to the current Service Catalog and Service Pipeline?

Keep in mind the current initiatives of data center consolidation as well as various technology refresh activities. Also, the CEO of MM has recently found himself single and has a personal interest in the proposed M3 project.

Please create a master list of IT concerns/issues (minimum of 10). From the list, identify and rank the top three issues in order of impact to MM.
