Summary: You are SFC Cook, SSN 526-55-1234, B Battery, 3/21st FA. The UIC is W851AA. Your platoon is covering a perimeter located at grid coordinate, EG 05959122, on the north side of hill 203, in Baghdad, Iraq. SPC Green, a radio operator and 2LT Lee are members of your unit. They left the perimeter to conduct routine perimeter patrol at 2030, 7 August 07. At approximately 2200 you attempted to make radio contact with SPC Green and 2LT Lee and there was no answer. You sent out a patrol at 2210 to try and locate them. The patrol reported back to you that they located the two Soldiers, however they were not alive. It appeared that the Soldiers died as a result of the explosive impact form an IED.

NOTE: Although this scenario states both SPC Green and 2LT Lee are dead, for this exercise you will only do a report for 2LT Lee.
