• Obstetrician/gynecologist: Diagnose, treat, and help prevent diseases of women, especially those affecting the reproductive system and the process of childbirth. Must have a medical degree from an accredited medical school. Must maintain appropriate licensure. Specific duties and tasks include:

o prepare government and organizational reports on birth, death, and disease

o advise patients and community members on diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention

o analyze records, test results, and examination information to diagnose medical condition of patient

o care for and treat women during pre-natal and post-natal periods, and also safely delivery babies via appropriate method

o prescribe and/or administer therapy, medication, and/or other medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury

• Police Patrol Officer:Patrol assigned area to enforce laws and ordinances, regulate traffic, control crowds, prevent crime, and apprehendviolators. Specific duties and tasks include:

o maintain order, respond to emergencies, enforce motor vehicle and criminal laws, and promote good community relations

o identify, pursue, and apprehend suspects and perpetrators of criminal acts

o record facts to prepare reports that document incidents and activities

o provide aid to persons requiring first aid for injuries

o testify in court as appropriate
