You are CEO of a major U.S. humanitarian organization. Your team primarily sends financial AID to the schools in developing countries to provide better education for children. Your organization considers sending substantial financial AID to a school in country X. Your job is to evaluate the school to find out if it qualifies to receive AID. Upon your inspection you realize that girls in that school are forced into marriage against their will as young as 10 or 11 y.o. They are also brutally punished physically, because they are considered inferior to boys. Boys are fed three times a day and girls only once. You also find out that recently a young girl had been killed, because she was caught viewing an American Fashion Magazine and listening to Justine Bieber. You voice your concern and threaten to deny their application for AID. The school explains to you that it is their culture and people are fine with those practices. You are also criticized for imposing your own cultural values on those people. What would you do:

1) I would deny the application and report them to Human Rights Watch, I would do my best to have them either punished or prevent them from continuing child abuse.

2) I would apologize and agree with them. After all, it is their culture, who am I to judge? I don't want to impose my cultural values on them.

3) These practices seem horrible to me, because of my own culture and upbringing. I would personally refuse to work with them, but would recommend the case to someone who is familiar with that culture, who might approve their application.

In your opinion, what is the best ethical chioce in this dilemma and why? What ethical theories can be applied here?

Please answer this queation as soon as possible. Thank you

Actually I need the answer in an hour. Im so sorry about it, but Im in rush to getting answer as soos possible.
