You are a bread making company. Findings from a recent survey suggest that employees lack communication and collaboration while working on the job tasks which has resulted in decreased productivity. Some of the problems are communication barriers, status effects, and inefficient technology. Your team has been put together to explain the importance of communication and collaboration to the employees and convince the management to deploy appropriate communication and collaboration technologies to solve the problem.

A. Give background of your company, including its Name, Mission, Vision, and explain the purpose of your presentation. (You are to create an appropriate name, Vision and Mission)

B. Explain the implications of communication and collaboration for the employees, managers, and the organization.

C. Describe the different steps you would take to increase communication and collaboration amongst the employees and managers. Prepare the presentation that would address the given scenario/question in depth by examining articles from various sources such as Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, Business Week, Fortune, Personnel Today, Harvard Business Review, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Business and Psychology etc. The PowerPoint presentation should include a list of references in the last slide of the presentation.

References should be listed in the format given below:

There is no limit of how many slides you can have and there is no set number that is needed to be reached. However, there does need to be enough information to talk for 6 minutes.
